Copper HexWeight & SS Battle-Black
The Copper HexWeight & SS Battle-Black Thinket® -- a GEN 3.0 version hybrid -- is one of the heaviest Thinket form-factors we've created so far, weighing in at 5.5 oz.
The Copper HexWeight Handle measures 1.5" length by 1.0625" OD, and comprises a precision-machined, solid-Brass GEN 3.0 Hex-shaped Handle-shell (with a tumbled, distressed-metal surface), plated with a layer of lead-free Nickel and then coated with an outer-layer of pure, lead-free Copper plating.
One very appealing aspect of the Copper HexWeight Thinket Handle is that the solid Copper plating can patina very nicely; both over time as-well-as by 'artificial inducement' with various natural liquid solutions.
The Slider of this Thinket measures 2.5" length by .5625" OD, and comprises two of our GEN 3.0 solid Brass Slider-Heads plated with bright-Nickel on top of a cool distressed-metal finish, and a precision-ground #304 stainless-steel GEN 3.0 Slider-Tube w/ a Battle-Black finish (by Phillip Atchison of Metal Morphosis), all incorporated into a durable, aesthetically-pleasing form-factor.
The Copper HexWeight & SS Battle-Black Thinket® is Handmade in the USA to fill each order.
