If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us via email for a return-merchandise-approval (and for our return-shipping address) so that you may return it to us in its original new and undamaged condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Upon meeting those conditions you'll receive a refund of the purchase price (less the original shipping amount and any Credit-Card fee or PayPal fee kept by the processing company even when a return has been approved by the merchant).
The above refund policy regarding Credit Card processing fees and PayPal processing fees also applies to order cancellations by the customer once the payment process has been initiated by the merchant.
